Inspection of all Orders within the Past 3 Months via the Performance Integration
Sellics will examine all the orders of the respective product up to three months prior to the review. Via various mostly technical criterias these can be allocated to the respective review. If a allocation can be established, it is 100% relieable.
Allocation Difficult with Higher Number of Orders
The order allocation cannot succeed in all cases. Also, in some case there are simply too many orders, so that Sellics will break off the searching process after a while. This methodology may therefore be less successful for products with high amounts of orders.
Allocation Difficult for Reviews in the Past
Furthermore there can be complications for reviews which were made further back in the past. As there may have been various changes to the product, for example to its ASIN or SKU, orders and reviews often cannot be matched with 100% reliability.
Seller Central Overloaded & Instable
On some days Seller Central can be a bit overloaded, so that this method might not work for any review. Also, due to the recent 2FA Security changes, this integration has become less stable.
When is it Worth Retrying?
If the function does not work for any review, it is very likely the mentioned case of Seller Central being overloaded. In such cases please try the function a few hours later or the next day.
If it is working for one of your reviews and for others not, it will also not work for those other reviews in the future.
