Multiple Attempts to Enter Code
It can take a few attempts for Seller Central to give the Sellics user the necessary rights to complete the integration.
Save the code (displayed next to the Pending User) and try to enter it again a few minutes / hours later or in the following days if it does not work right away.
Grant Necessary Rights Manually
If the integration does not work after multiple attempts, please complete the following steps to grant the necessary rights to the Sellics User manually:
1. Copy the Code next to the "Pending User" and save it for later
2. Confirm the User and Click on Edit
(At this point the code will disappear, which is why it needs be saved in step 1.)
3. Grant "View & Edit" Rights for your Business Reports
Scroll down and click on "Continue" to save the changes.
4. Enter the Code into Sellics and finish the Integration
In many cases it will only work if the Seller Central owner finishes the integration.
a) Entering Code with Spaces. Please make sure there are no spaces before or after the code when copying it into Sellics.
b) Multiple Users. There can only be one "reports(+x)@sellics.com" user in your user management. All reports users should therefore be deleted, after which "firstname.lastname@example.org" can be reinvited.
This is not in relation to the MWS authorization for the API integration - please do not revoke these rights!
c) Wrong Seller Central. If you manage multiple Seller Centrals, please make sure you are logged into the one that you are trying to integrate when clicking on "Finish Integration".
d) Outdated Browser. Sellics is mainly suited to Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers may cause various issues during the integration. Please also make sure your browser version is up to date.
Due to the recent 2FA Security changes, this integration has become significantly less stable. Even after granting the rights manually, it can simply take multiple attempts at different times to click on "Finish Performance Integration" for it to work.
