Customers who Upgraded After 13th February 2018
1. Head to the account management of your admin user at the top right of the tool:
2. Click on Invoices at the buttom of your account management.
Customers who Upgraded Before 13th February 2018
Invoices are automatically sent to the billing email set in your account management - the billing email can be changed within the section of the billing adress.
Please also check your spam folder for your invoices.
Request of Missing Invoices via Chat
Missing invoices can be requested via the tool's chat or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
When doing so, please name your account's login mail, as well as the months of the missing
